Neurofeedback can help

Neurofeedback can improve your brain activity and improve your life.

Neurofeedback offers an individualised solution based on your brain, your brainwaves, your brain networks.

Neurofeedback can help if you are feeling anxious, angry, impulsive or emotionally overwhelmed. Improve your memory or attention. Overcome learning disabilities.

Underperforming at school or work? Procrastinating? Indecisive? Do you need to be more focused and productive? Trying to change your habits? Rediscover enjoyment in the things you used to love doing?

Are you having sleep problems, migraines, chronic pain or movement disorders? Brain injury, traumatic experiences, chronic stress? Neurofeedback can help rewire those parts of your brain that have been affected.

Interested in mindfulness and meditation? Neurofeedback can help.

A healthy and balanced brain is essential for wellness. Neurofeedback is a safe yet powerful tool that can help you get your life back on track.

Neurofeedback works

Your brain is able to change throughout your life. Your neurons and neural networks can change their connections in response to new information and experiences. This is called neuroplasticity.

I will analyse millions of data points to evaluate the power and connectivity of your brainwaves in different parts of your brain. I can see which neural networks would benefit from training and which types of brain waves need to be improved.

The goal is to retrain the brain to improve functional connectivity and effective connectivity. Once the right neural networks are targeted, your brain wave signals are converted into feedback signals … visual, auditory, and tactile. Then, it’s possible for you to adjust your brainwaves as your brain responds to these feedback signals.

Brain training can improve the functioning of your brain over time with enough practice.
